Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of dog walking services by [Michael Chusdogwalk] (“the Company”) to you (“the Client”).
Services Provided
The Company agrees to provide dog walking services as per the schedule agreed upon at the time of booking.
Services include picking up and returning the dog to the Client’s specified location, walking the dog for the agreed duration, and ensuring the dog’s safety and well-being during the walk
Bookings and Cancellations
Booking: All bookings must be made in advance through the Company’s booking system or by contacting the Company directly.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will be subject to a [cancellation fee/forfeiture of payment].
Client Responsibilities
The Client must provide accurate and complete information about their dog, including any behavioral issues, medical conditions, and vaccination status.
The Client must ensure that their dog is up-to-date with vaccinations and free from contagious diseases.
The Client must provide any necessary equipment, such as leashes, harnesses, and collars.
Dog Behavior and Safety
The Company reserves the right to refuse service to any dog that poses a threat to the safety of the dog walker, other dogs, or the public.
The Company will not be held responsible for any injury or illness incurred by the dog while under the Company’s care unless it results from the Company’s negligence.
Payment
Payment must be made [in advance/upon completion of each walk/on a weekly or monthly basis].

Liability
The Company is fully insured for public liability and care, custody, and control of the Client’s dog.

In the event of an emergency, the Company will make reasonable efforts to contact the Client. If the Client cannot be reached, the Company will seek veterinary care at the Client’s expense.
Privacy
The Company will not share the Client’s personal information with any third parties without the Client’s consent, except as required by law.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
The Company reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes.
Acceptance of Terms
By booking a service with the Company, the Client agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
